Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") define the terms of use for the online store (hereinafter referred to as "Service") operated by aooi studio (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (User Registration)
User registration may be required to use the Service. When registering, you must provide accurate information. If false information is registered, we may suspend or prohibit your use of the Service.
Article 3 (Product Orders)
Product orders are placed through the Service. The contract is established when the Company approves the order after confirmation. We may not be able to accept orders due to out-of-stock or other reasons.
Article 4 (Prices and Payment Methods)
Product prices are as displayed on the Service. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment shall be made by credit card or other methods specified by the Company.
Article 5 (Delivery)
Products are delivered by the delivery company specified by the Company. Delivery is limited to Japan and overseas regions deemed deliverable by the Company. Shipping fees are as displayed at the time of order. The Company is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, customs delays, or return/disposal due to customs clearance issues that occur in international shipping. If the product does not arrive due to an error in the delivery address, the Company is not responsible for re-delivery or refunds. If you wish to have the product re-delivered, additional shipping charges will apply.
Article 6 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective or if a product different from the order arrives. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are generally not accepted. Orders can be cancelled before product shipment. In these Terms, "international shipping" refers to cases where the delivery address is outside Japan. For products shipped internationally, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, in the case of initial defects or damage during delivery, we will provide a refund or exchange after you return the product using the method specified by the Company and we confirm the product. All costs associated with returns, including shipping and customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Intellectual property rights for product images, designs, texts, etc. posted on the Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, or modification of these is prohibited.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company. The same applies to damages caused by interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may change these Terms without notice. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and disputes regarding these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
